First time visiting and really enjoyed myself. Didn’t win any money but played for a while and had a good time. Would recommend the casino part, we didn’t stay in the rooms. They also have a small convient store in there that sells cheap cigarettes (generic one kind) but deff worth it! Clint was helpful & very friendly. Highly recommended! Jeremiah at the casino door was also amazing! We chatted for quite some time. Enjoyed his company.

We went for a day visit at the spa. The spa itself was lovely, offering wonderful amenities and a pleasant staff. We really enjoyed our massages, as well as the overall atmosphere of the spa. The part we didn’t like was that, even on the third floor, we could smell the cigarette smoke that had greeted us in the lobby. The whole building smelled of smoke, and it was the opposite of relaxing for our spa experience.

Everyone was great except for housekeeping, I do understand that room doesn't get serviced every day. But when you ask for coffee packs and coffee cups twice with front desk and twice with housekeeping. ( This started around noon) So at 9pm I went to the front desk again and asked for it he said he would call housekeeping I told him I passed that and he was nice enough to get it. Why couldn't they do that when I first went down there. BUT full plate was awesome for dinner nice selection and Three sisters cafe was great we ate the buffet but you can order off the menu.

My wife and I went to Seneca Niagara Casino for our 20 years anniversary. The hotel room was nice and clean. My wife and I had a nice view toward the falls. As far as eating meals, I recommend the casino italian restaurant. The food and the service was wonderful. My wife had a soup and I had a lasagna. The meals were great. The server was very attempted toward our needs and she was very polite. My wife and I stayed for 2 days and didn't request for any house keeping. Although, we could asked for housekeeping services if we wanted to have a house keeper to clean our room. We decided not to and enjoy our stay. Housekeeping could come to our room and clean it after we left the hotel, but the option was there. The Seneca casino hotel Three sisters offered a buffet breakfast but the food was not great. The following day my wife and I decided to ask for the menu and she order an omellette. The omellette was good and she enjoyed. I ordered stuffed french toast, but they didn't taste great. However, when I paid for my wife and I meal, the server asked me for my id. The day before, no server asked me for my id to verify that I was the owner of the debit card. When you take the elevator back to you room, you have to tap a device at a security desk before you get into the elevator. Some guards would not ask you to do that and some would not. It was just weird. When we checked out this morning, the lady was rude and didn't greeded us with a good morning. We checked out and left. Overall, my wife and I had a good time and we enjoyed our stay. A few things were disappointed, but everything was wonderful.

I recently visited Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The place is beautifully maintained and has a very lively atmosphere the moment you walk in. The casino floor is spacious, well organized, and offers a huge variety of games, which makes it exciting for both first-time visitors and regular players. What really stood out to me was the overall ambience. The lighting, design, and energy of the place create a very vibrant and entertaining environment. Everything felt clean, professional, and well managed. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Whether you’re visiting for gaming, dining, or just to enjoy the atmosphere near Niagara Falls, this place definitely adds to the overall experience of the trip. It’s a great destination to spend an evening with friends or family, enjoy good food, entertainment, and the thrill of the casino all in one place. Highly recommended if you’re visiting the Niagara Falls area!

I was there for a show at the event center, so this will be for that area and not the Casino as a whole. I did walk around the non-smoking casino area and it was your basic casino. The event center, not the Bear's Den, is really basic. A lot of single chairs lined up as a seating area. We bought tickets thinking it was theater or stadium seating. Overall it was fine. If my fiance came with she would of had issues watching the show due to how the seating was.

Visited for NYE PARTY with band appearances from the 80s. Cool vibe and something different to do on NYE instead of the same old same old. The small section they had for the show was a little bit frustrating as far as how they set up the line and lack of ADA type seating. Opening up the top balcony for patrons could have helped alleviate some of that. Parking is always easy and feels safe. Bathroom was clean. Bar service was quick given the number of people there. Giving out NYE hats and beads was a nice touch too. Overall decent experience.
